The Ersan Hotel & Residences project was realised with a distinctive design approach that brings the comfort of modern living together with the tranquillity of the Aegean coast. The architecture focuses on open-plan, airy interiors and large glazed surfaces that let in as much natural light as possible. Natural stone, wood textures and neutral tones in the interiors reflect the calm atmosphere of the Mediterranean while offering a contemporary aesthetic. Social areas, poolside living and green landscaping give guests and residents opportunities both to relax and to socialise.

Private terraces, spacious seating areas that open onto the view and modern kitchens make everyday life easier while letting residents feel the comfort of a holiday at every moment.
